Collectible liquer tokenization
"A beer in a day, keep the d.mpf.cks away"
As one of my favourite cartoon character used to say.
Some people like, some not, but I'm not going to write about drinking alkohol.
I'd like to write about a quite impresive hobby, that collecting rare, usually old liquer bottles is.
The collectible liquer bottles market is preety well prospering since many years, all over the world, and its developing all the time.
Its also a big, differential market, cointaining enormous amount ot types, brand, vintages and more...
Its value depend on many conditions, so to become a real collectioner, you need to have profound knowledge about it and keep it up to date all the time.
Of course a substantial amount of money will be usefull as well.
The main problem (exepct having money), is the storage place, here are a multitude of factors to take into consideration; heat, evaporation, alcoholic content (also so called proof percentage), location, and even geographical region.
The high percentage liquers needs to be store in vertical position, so at least, you have to posses a big special wardrobe to have small collection of whisky bottles.
Another obstacle is the shipping process, suppose you managed to buy a crate of luxury, extremaly expensive crate of whisky bottles at auction in Sotheby's auction house, will you take a risk of delivering to your house it by usuall post office?
Even if they are secured in a proper way, its always worth of buying additional inssurance wchich will increase costs of shipping.
You also have to think about safe, well ventilated room to store them, secured from other person access.
Otherwise, for example, after home party, you will have twice or triple bigger hangover than you should (becuase of losses).
Well, it seems that starting to collect luxury whisky is an additional costs generating and preety stressful activity.
And then... here it comes a Tokenization - riding on a white horse and all wearing white.
Tokenization is based on a set of operations for converting assets, stocks, bonds, and other financial instruments into blockchain tokens.
An exepensive, rare, collectible liquers can be considered as such an asset.
"The reason for it lies mainly in its price, the difficulties of hunting for a rare bottle, and the general narrative of sophistication floating around the world of noble spirits."

Good answer for luxury liquers market, resolviing main aspects: liquidity, transactional convenience, storage, delivering is blockbar marketplace.
"BlockBar is introducing a new way to use NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens), allowing consumers to purchase a NFT version of an exclusive bottle of liquor, allowing the buyer to easily sell off the NFT if they so choose, while a physical bottle of the liquor is stored in a warehouse in Singapore, insured by BlockBar. Whenever the consumer decides to finally crack open their NFT bottle of whiskey in reality, the company will deliver the bottle to them. "
Coming back to non-digitized tradition, another popular way is to invest in whiskey casks. While its first production, the investors are allowed to buy the barrel from distillers. As the cask approaches the x-year milestone, it appreciates. The retail price is substantially more significant than the manufacturing price (cointaining costs of starage, labeling etc.)
This is more risky type of investment and it depends on the absolute necessity of having a trusting relationship between the manufacturer and their investor (or company putting together the investment offer).
Once again a tokenization plays an important role in such type of investment.
Many distillers in order to provide enought money for production, storage and distribution chose tokenization as a kind of IPO (Initial Public Ofering), when tokenized its rather STO (Security Tokens Ofering).
