Positivity
Positivity entails maintaining a positive outlook on life. It entails remaining upbeat and hopeful in the face of adversity. Positive people see the positive in every situation and are thankful for what they have. Being optimistic does not imply that you never experience negative emotions or have pessimistic thoughts. Everybody has days when they are depressed or discouraged. The distinction is that positive thinkers do not allow negative emotions to control them.
They don't dwell on their problems but instead seek solutions. They avoid negative thoughts and always try to see the positive side of life.
How to be more positive:
Practice Gratitude
Make a list of everything you're thankful for. Fill out a gratitude journal with a few things that made you happy or grateful. These don't have to be novel or groundbreaking observations; they could be as simple as a beautiful, sunny day or your cat nuzzling against your hand while you're trying to work.
