Different people will have their preferred times to do exercise. In the morning, middle of the day or during the night time. For lots, it just depends on their schedule, after work or before work being the main two.
I find that going for a run very early in the morning to be the best time to do exercise, it gets you out of bed early and with the right intensity, gives you long lasting energy for the day so long as you don't push yourself too hard. Exercise should be something everyone slides into their daily routine even if it is for just 30 minutes. The first few times may be exhausting and demotivating if you are out of shape, but if you commit, it will become an activity that provides a source of energy for the day, like a coffee for instance.
