Introduction

A highlight aspect of sustainable growth is to retain users and community members. To incentivize and reward early community, the community will get opportunities to get rCHRMA (reward CHRMA) through the Airdrop program. rCHRMA is a reward token that has the same value as CHRMA, but cannot yet be exchanged for other assets. rCHRMA has to be vested to be exchanged for CHRMA tokens.

The Airdrop Program will establish a positive feedback loop that will contribute to fostering active engagement within the Chromatic Protocol during its testnet periods and initial phase of mainnet, generating significant transactions and building an active initial community. The program launched on 16th November 2023.

Rewards Allocation

For season 1 Airdrop, rCHRMA will be allocated within a range of Min 1% to Max 3% of the total CHRMA supply(Min 1M to Max 3M rCHRMA). The exact distribution supply within this range will be finalized after Season 1 ends.

• Season1 Allocation: 1M~3M (r)CHRMA
• Season2 Allocation: Allocated from the remaining supply not distributed in Season 1 Airdrop budget

Schedule

• Airdrop Season 1 starts on 16th November 2023 and ends in 1Q 2024. The exact closing date of season 1 will be announced later.
• The Random Box will be launched after the Season 1 ends.

During the season 1 period, Credits and Boosters will be distributed to community participants based on their activities and contributions.

How does it work?

Credit

• You can open the Random Box once for every 100 Credits you have. (In other words, the cost of one Random Box is 100 Credits.)
• Credits can be obtained by completing various quests presented on Discord and Zealy or by visiting Chromatic’s Airdrop page.
• In cases where manual credit allocation is necessary, it may take more than 24 hours for the Credits to be reflected.

Booster

• Boosters can be used one at a time when opening the Random Box.
• Using a Booster doubles the winning probability of the Random Box.
• In other words, if I have 100 Credits and 1 Booster, I have the same chance of obtaining rCHRMA as someone with 200 Credits.
• Boosters can be obtained by attending Chromatic’s Airdrop page more than 6 times a week or by manually receiving rewards for special missions.

Random Box

• After the Airdrop season 1 ends, you can use Credits and Boosters to open the Random Box and receive rCHRMA (or off-chain assets equivalent to rCHRMA).
• In addition to rCHRMA, Random Boxes contain assets such as Credits and Boosters that can be used in Season 2.
• To open the Random Box, you must join a designated Discord server and complete phone verification. (The address of the designated Discord server will be announced later.)

1. You can get XPs by performing various quests presented on Chromatic Protocol’s Zealy quest board (https://zealy.io/c/chromatic/questboard). Earned XPs can be converted to Credits on the Airdrop page(https://testnet.chromatic.finance/airdrop ).

• Notice! To convert XP to Credits, you must connect your Arbitrum Wallet to your Zealy linked account properly. Refer to the gitbook for instructions on connecting your wallet to your Zealy.

2. Press the daily stamp on Chromatic Protocol’s Airdrop page (https://testnet.chromatic.finance/airdrop ) to earn Credits.

• Get 5 Credits for each attendance.
• Attending for 5 consecutive days in a week earns an additional 25 Credits.
• The number of Credits obtained through attendance may be subject to change for operational balance.

How to get Boosters

1. Press the daily stamp on Chromatic Protocol’s Airdrop page (https://testnet.chromatic.finance/airdrop) to earn Boosters.

• Attending for 6 consecutive days in a week earns an additional Booster.
• The number of Boosters obtained through attendance may be subject to change for operational balance.
