Lots of fish fry for afternoon snack

how are you all? I hope you are well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I have come to you with a different kind of recipe. And today's recipe is much fish fry. I did not make these fishes to eat with rice. I fried them for afternoon snack. You might be surprised that fish is not eaten as breakfast but rather with rice. But I fry these fish in a different way and make them suitable for afternoon snack. I love to make one serving for the whole family. Everyone eats one piece and for afternoon snack I think this is a different kind of recipe.
I don't know the exact name of these fish but they are sea fish. If anyone knows the name of this fish, you can write in the comments. Sea fish is very beneficial for our body. Eating literary fish increases the amount of iron in the body. And very helpful in increasing eyesight. However, the younger members of the family, i.e. children, are less fond of eating sea fish. So you can make this recipe specially for them so that everyone will have fun eating it. So I am here to discuss with you about my today's fish fry. sea fish
flour
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Chilli powder
cumin powder
ginger paste
salt
And oil

First I cleaned and washed the fish and rubbed all the spices in it.

In fact, I put it on rest for 30 minutes so that it penetrates the skin of the fish well. However, some cuts should be made on top of the fish so that the spices enter inside.

Now the masala coated fish should be coated well in the flour so that the whole fish is covered.

Now heat the oil in a frying pan on a low flame. Now remove the fish from the flour and fry both sides slowly.

Once fried, we served the fish. I ate a fish sitting alone.
